By using very sensitive sensors, placed in an engineered construction, you can measure the precise return flow from the common rail injectors. We measure the fuel return flow in millilitres per minute up to a maximum of 160 ml/min which is translated to a graphical line on the labscope. With the use of the a TiePie 4 Channel oscilloscope the slightest differences between the 4 cylinders detectable. For measuring a higher number cylinders additional measurements are required.


By creating a “closed system”, in which the eventual return flow is redirected to the tank, this measurement can be done “clean”. So no more fuel spillage with overflowing diesel fuel or leaking “bottles”. 


By using this professional measure system you can provide a customer with a decent and substantiated result report. After a test drive problems will be made clearly visible.
